Procurement Stage
While procuring raw material a special person is allotted, whose duty is to verify & get test reports at random materials at different point of time to keep the quality of material in check. We only source material from best of suppliers from different parts of country ex. We only use SAIL 2062 graded plates for machines.
Processing Stage
Turning Supervisor
Supervises all turned parts with tolerance given in drawings.
Outsourced Material Supervisor
Supervises all inbound material outsourced with drawings.
Assembly Supervisor
Supervises all fittings during assembly to prevent any sought of negligence during assembly.
Semi-finished & Final Inspection Stage
1st & final trial reports are made in detail by the supervisor to thoroughly check the machine functions and fittings everything before dispatch. The focus is to make machines run from the word ‘START” supplied anywhere around the globe.
