Refund Policy

At Yadav Petro Products Pvt. Ltd., we prioritize customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered and accepted. However, if a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, you can contact us for resolution.

Conditions for Returns:

• The defect or damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Outstanding customer service through quality products and best in class service.
• Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect or damage must be provided.

Resolution Options:

• Replacement of the defective product.
• Repair of the product if feasible.
• Store credit for future purchases.

Consultation Fee Refunds:

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been initiated. If you wish to cancel before the scheduled consultation, a partial refund may be considered depending on the preparation work already completed.
