Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to accommodate cancellation requests within reason.

Before Dispatch:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. A full refund will be processed for such cancellations.

After Dispatch:

• Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Customers are advised to carefully review their orders before confirmation.

Consultation Cancellations:

• 1. Consultation sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
• 2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the consultation will incur a 50% fee.
• 3. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full fee.

Exceptions:

• Custom orders or bulk orders are non-cancellable once the production process has begun.
• In the event of an incorrect dispatch, customers must notify us immediately for resolution.

To request a cancellation, email us at cancellations@yadavpetro.com with your order details. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
