Inspect Your Delivery Immediately

When you receive your Gravolite products, it's essential to inspect them immediately. If you find any damage, contact Gravolite at info@gravolite.com or call +919582809000 within three business days of delivery. This allows us to file a freight claim with the carrier before the deadline.

Steps for Reporting Freight Damage:
  • Inspect the outer packaging for any visible damage.
  • If packaging damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.
  • Unwrap the product and check for visible damage on the mat.
  • Take clear photos of any damage, especially to the foam side of the mat.
  • Send the photos and a description of the damage to info@gravolite.com within three business days of receiving your order.

Gravolite Return Policy

Returns for Custom & Non-Custom Mats

Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-Custom Mats: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please review the following conditions:

  • Unused products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Return Shipping Costs and a 20% restocking fee apply.
  • GravoliteLanding Pads are custom-made and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Gravolite Warranty Information

Gravolite offers a limited warranty on all products. The warranty coverage for different product categories is outlined below:

Warranty Coverage for Gravolite Products:

1. Custom Vinyl Sports Mats
5-Year Limited Warranty
  • Years 1-3: 100% repair or replacement
  • Year 4: 50% repair or replacement
  • Year 5: 25% repair or replacement
2. Gravolite Martial Arts Mats
10-Year Limited Warranty
  • Years 1-3: 100% replacement
  • Year 4: >50% replacement
  • Year 5: 40% replacement
  • Year 6: 30% replacement
  • Year 7: 20% replacement
  • Years 8-10: 10% replacement

Gravolite products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are installed and used according to the Care & Handling Manual.

Warranty Exclusions:
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage is not covered.
  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scuff marks, dents, fading, or compression.
  • The Gravolite Connect® system is fully covered under the warranty, except for damages caused by improper handling.
Return & Freight Coverage:
  • Year 1:Gravolite covers 50% of return and replacement freight.
  • Years 2-3:Gravolite covers 25% of return and replacement freight.
  • Year 4 & Beyond: After the third year, customers are responsible for return and replacement freight.

Gravolite reserves the right to determine warranty claims on a case-by-case basis.

  • Routine Inspections: Inspect the mat before and after each use for damage, defects, or wear. Damaged mats should be replaced immediately.
  • Mat Positioning: Ensure the mat is correctly positioned and securely fastened before use.
  • Progressive Learning: Follow a progressive training approach to avoid accidents. Always consult with a trained instructor for guidance.
  • Cleaning: Clean your mat regularly with Gravolite-approved cleaning products or other disinfectants. Do not use bleach as it may damage the mat.
