In-Mould Coating

In Mould Coating (IMC) is a specific type of varnish sprayed directly into the mould right after the application of the release agent and before PU injection or pouring.

Primers & Thinners

Primer
Primers are liquids applied to a substrate before applying inks, adhesives, or sealants.
Range: PU, PVC, EVA, TPR, Oil Pullup, and special primers for tailored uses.

Thinner
Thinner is a solvent used to thin oil-based paints and printing inks, reducing viscosity and aiding in cleanup.

Screen and Pad Printing Inks

Our Screen & Pad Printing Inks division draws from our extensive manufacturing experience and advanced production technology. Our inks are highly regarded for quality and consistency.

We specialize in screen printing inks for footwear on substrates like PUC, EVA, and Rubber. We also produce inks for uneven substrates like golf balls, helmets, and other curved surfaces, applied via silicon pad transfer. Screen-making services are available.
