Order Cancellation by Customer:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the items have not been dispatched.
• For custom or bulk orders, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production begins.

Cancellation by Goofuture Industries:

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen issues. In such cases, full refunds will be processed.

Refunds (on Approved Cancellations):

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment.
• Any payment gateway or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Cancellable Items:

Gas cylinders once dispatched, sterile surgical instruments, or customized equipment cannot be cancelled or returned due to safety and hygiene regulations.
