All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms must be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and approved credit terms (for registered clients).
Delivery times may vary based on product availability and location. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances. Risk and title of the goods pass to the customer upon delivery.
Products are covered under a limited warranty, if applicable. Any claims must be made within the warranty period and are subject to inspection. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products and must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
All equipment and cylinders must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and applicable regulatory standards. Goofuture Industries is not responsible for misuse or unauthorized modifications.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
All transactions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
